Montessori Social Impact
Talent Development
Dr. Maria Montessori, who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize three times, did not advocate a teaching method specialized for early childhood education but a philosophy for human & society development.
– Y2 founder Andy Chen
Montessori education is most widely known for following the natural progression of human mental and physical development and for building a holistic education foundation for pre-school children, but Montessori is so much more than this. In other countries, Montessori initiatives and philosophy are commonly implemented in kindergartens, nursery centers, primary schools, middle schools, high schools, even business enterprises, elderly care, and other fields. It utilizes local resources and enables people to find connections with their inborn potentials, curiosities, and motivations as they engage in their community, society, and the world.
The Montessori Social Impact Talent Development Program is a platform for social impact, focusing on the diverse application of Montessori philosophy. We encourages and supports those interested in devoting themselves to the spirit of Montessori and assists them in receiving training, whose predecessor was the Teacher Sponsorship Program.
Together, we work to raise public awareness of Montessori, not only as educational concepts but also as a philosophy applicable to people of all ages, from all walks of life, and to create a better society for all.
