After a long day or week, do you notice how you close out your evenings? For many of us these days, highly likely do we find ourselves sitting in bed mindlessly watching Netflix dramas or scrolling through social media until our eyelids are heavy. It is not surprising then that studies have shown screen time before bedtime can drastically increase the amount of time it takes to fall asleep, while more importantly, reduce our sleep quality and affect our focus the following day. So, what if we intentionally took the time to wind down mindfully? In this episode, cozy up and unwind from your day, even if it’s a much needed nap, by following Jessica’s meditation to relax the mind, body, and soul for a truly “restful” sleep.
